Nancy Sutherland is known as the Queen of Direct Sales Marketing and Mentoring. A Cosmetology Teacher prior to starting her Mary Kay business in January 1986, she has been consistently successful, earning her first Mary Kay car in December 1987 (and has been continuously driving Career cars ever since!) Moving up the Mary Kay organization, she was in the Circle of Achievement FROM 1992- 2007 Leading her unit to over $6Million in Retail Sales. She has inspired and successfully mentored her sale associates for more than 20 years, and currently uses Social Media AND New Media to Mentor Women in Direct Sales around the world.
